It's a boiled mackerel rice with Japanese soy sauce and ginger, boiled mackerel, and put it on top of the rice. But there was still fried rice ingredients left, so I made fried rice with flying fish roe and put it on top of it to complete the rice bowl.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Mackerel is a half-baked mackerel. First, coat it with starch powder, put plenty of oil on the heated pan, and bake it. Bake back and forth until golden brown.

Add tsuyu to the baked mackerel, add ginger, honey, rice wine, bay leaf, whole pepper, and water, and turn it into braised mackerel.

At first, it boils over high heat, then boils hard, and after 10 minutes, it is moved to low heat and gently boiled down.

It's braised mackerel that' Let it cool for now. I should cook rice. To be honest, you can simply enjoy braised mackerel with butter, tsuyu, and mackerel on top of it.

But when I made shabu shabu, there was rice prepared to make fried rice, so I added kimchi, rice, butter, minced garlic, green onions, and eggs and fried them.

Please put the rice on the bottom of the bowl.

And put the boiled Japanese mackerel that was made and cooled on top. And put the flying fish roe on top. It's complete with sesame seeds!!!
