Disinfect the glass bottle
When sterilizing, put the bottle in cold water and boil it
If you put it in hot water, the glass bottle will break!!

Add milk and whipped cream and when it boils, melt the sugar

Can you see that the color changed to yellow
The concentration is like a thin corn soup^^

Put it in a sterilized glass bottle and put it in the refrigerator when it cools

If it hardens in the refrigerator, it's sticky
The concentration is coming out^^
It feels savory and light with milk, and it feels more delicious with whipped cream
Personally, I prefer to put in whipped cream
If you add cocoa powder or ice tea, it transforms into a completely different jam!!
At first, it can be very difficult to match the jam concentration, so please refer to the video^^
