Stir-fried jiri anchovies crispy
There are ingredients to cook when you go to the mart. The refrigerator is empty. Hahaha, I have to go now. I rummaged through the freezer and made stir-fried jiri anchovies because there were some anchovies and dried shrimp that I bought last time. I wanted to add nuts, but there weren't any peanuts... When did I start cooking with all the ingredients? I just used the ingredients I had... It was a bummer.

Ingredients
  • remaining anchovies
  • dried shrimp
  • thick soy sauce
  • Oligosaccharide
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Sesame
  • perilla oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Stir-fry jiri anchovies and dried shrimp in a pan to remove moisture because they were in the freezer.
STEP 2/7
Sieve the crispy anchovies and shake off the powder.
STEP 3/7
I put 3 soy sauce, 3 oligosaccharides, and 1 water in the pan. But... While checking how much seasoning he put in, he added anchovies, the main ingredient. I wish I'd measured it on a scale...
STEP 4/7
Boil the soy sauce water slightly and then add the stir-fried anchovies.
STEP 5/7
The color got darker because of the soy sauce in the anchovies, right?
STEP 6/7
Add sugar, perilla oil, sesame seeds, and finish.
STEP 7/7
I did it at night again today, so there are a lot of shaky pictures. You know it's gonna be like this when you take it at night, but why do you keep trying to say something at night? What do you do during the day when the sun is up.. Anyway, I made stir-fried dried anchovies like this.
