STEP 1/11
Remove the stem from the oyster and cut the zucchini into half-moon pieces. Slice the garlic and chop the parsley.

Put water in a small bowl and add three pinch of salt to make salt water.
Put the oyster in salt water, marinate for 5 minutes, remove and squeeze out the water.

When the water boils in the pot, add the noodles and cook for 6 minutes.
Grease a pan with olive oil and cook with garlic and pepperoncino.

When the garlic turns yellowish, add salty mushrooms, zucchini, fish sauce, and pepper and stir-fry well.

It doesn't matter if you don't have pumpkin parsley~~
