I made braised abalone. But it wasn't that much. As you know, abalone is a reasonable price. I think it's cold buckwheat noodles that I can eat at once. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I added tsuyu with boiled abalone soy sauce and poured water. It's bottled water. And sesame seeds.
STEP 2/9
It's really small braised abalone and pollack roe. Especially, the braised abalone was so brown that it became so delicious. In addition, the octopus is well boiled down.

Chop 1 Cheongyang chili pepper into small pieces.

And I cut the radish and prepared it. It's garnish to be put on top.

Cut the green onions and put them in. As expected, add some chili peppers. Add sesame oil to complete the soy sauce. If you want a spicy taste, it's better to add wasabi. It will make it more tasty.

Boil buckwheat noodles and wash them in cold water to remove starch.

Place the ice on the bottom and put the boiled buckwheat noodles on top. And please add the prepared tsuyu sauce.

And add braised abalone and braised octopus as toppings. Please put one whole abalone.

Add a whole piece of abalone and cut the dongchimi and put it on top. And sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the stewed abalone, and it's done with boiled abalone buckwheat noodles using soy sauce.
