Making fresh orange jelly
I made orange jelly that goes really well with sweet and sour summer!!! It's a recipe that I strongly recommend because children can eat well and enjoy it coolly. Let's all make it together!

Ingredients
  • orange juice
    500ml
  • Orange

  • gelatin
    10piece
  • Sugar
    100g
Cooking Steps

Please prepare the ingredients.

Cut the orange in half, keep the skin alive, and take out the pulp and cut it.
STEP 3/6
Add the orange pulp to the half-cut orange peel.
STEP 4/6
Bring the orange juice to a boil over medium heat and turn off the heat.
STEP 5/6
Dissolve the soaked gelatin and sugar in the orange juice.
STEP 6/6
Pour the orange juice into the prepared orange peel, harden it in the refrigerator, and cut it into the shape you want.
Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking!!! If you want to use powdered gelatin, prepare 20g~~~!!! Soak gelatin in cold water for 1 minute~~~!!!
