STEP 10/13
Pour water into a pot and place a steamer on it.
Place paper foil or cotton cloth inside the steamer.
Steam the rice cake for about 20 to 30 minutes.
After 20 to 30 minutes, turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes.
STEP 11/13
While steaming the rice cake, make ginseng tablets to put on top of Baekseolgi.
Put water and ginseng in a pot and cook until the filling is cooked.
STEP 12/13
Boil cooked ginseng, boiled water, sugar, and honey in a pot.
Cook slowly over low heat, then boil over high heat, simmer over low heat, and remove when foamy.
STEP 13/13
After 20 minutes, if the ginseng baekseolgi is cooked, put the rice cakes on a prepared plate.
Put the ginseng tablets on top of the ginseng baekseolgi and decorate it.
You can use not only ginseng but also other three kinds!
There may be people who are wondering if it's okay to use barley powder, but Baekseolgi made of barley powder does not have a rice cake process, so you can't use only barley powder, but you can mix barley powder and non-glutinous rice powder.
