Easy to make at home: Black Bean Noodles
Sometimes, I crave jajangmyeon. As long as there's stir-fried black bean paste sold in the market It's not that hard to make.

Ingredients
  • leek
    2cup
  • Pork
    2cup
  • onion
    2ea
  • Young squash
    1ea
  • Cabbage
    1/3pack
  • Cooking oil
    1/2cup
  • Soy sauce
    2TS
  • brown sugar
    1/2cup
  • fried chunjang
    2/3cup
  • Water
    600ml
  • potato starch
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
1 cup = 200 ml
1/2 cup cooking oil (anything at home)
Add 2 cups of chopped green onions
Stir-fry over medium heat until the scallion comes up.
STEP 2/13
For bulgogi, thinly sliced pork neck
Cut it into small pieces and stir-fry it with 2 cups.
STEP 3/13
If the pork is fried
Stir-fry 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
STEP 4/13
I cut two onions and stir-fry them
STEP 5/13
1 zucchini
Cut 1/3 cabbage and stir-fry together.
STEP 6/13
Add 1/2 cup brown sugar
STEP 7/13
Add 2/3 cups of roasted chunjang
STEP 8/13
Stir-fry it so that the seasoning gets soaked well.
STEP 9/13
Add 3 cups of water (600ml) and stir and boil
STEP 10/13
Add starch water and thicken it.
STEP 11/13
Pour it into the noodles and mix it! If it's the right concentration
Boil it for 2 more minutes
Turn off the light.
STEP 12/13
Wash the flour in running water from the commercial udon jajangmyeon
Boil it in boiling water and rinse it in cold water
Put it in a bowl
I'm going to add a little bit of jajang sauce
Shredded cucumbers, fried eggs, and red pepper powder
Put it on the table.
