  • Sugar
    50g
  • Matcha tea
    5g
  • corn flour
    7g
  • Milk
    100ml
  • whipped cream
    100ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Sift granulated sugar, cornmeal, and matcha into a pot.
STEP 2/7
Blend in until completely.
STEP 3/7
Add milk little by little and mix.
STEP 4/7
Mix with a hand whisk and heat over medium heat.
