STEP 1/4
Add 2 egg whites (about 80g) and 1/3 of 110g sugar and make meringue with a whisk
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees!
STEP 2/4
When the meringue is almost ready, divide the lemon juice with the remaining sugar and make the meringue
When you're done making it, when you put the whisk on it, the meringue comes up firmly and doesn't collapse :)
STEP 3/4
When the meringue is complete, add a few drops of the food coloring you want
It's optional so you don't have to put it in :)
STEP 4/4
Put the meringue in the piping bag and choose the shape you want and squeeze it into bite-sized pieces
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes in a preheated oven
I made every hand about the size of a 500 won coin :) It took an hour to bake
It's a very sweet cookie, so it's better not to make it too big, and if it's big, it takes more time to bake, so please refer to it :D
If you fry the meringue for too long with a whisk, it may get sticky when you make the meringue and bake it in the oven, so be careful
I used yellow food coloring when I made it but if you want, it's really pretty to make it pink with a little bit of red coloring :D
