Soak the grapefruit in vinegar water for about 20 minutes, then spray it with fruit-washing baking soda, wash it with a soft brush, and dry it.

If there is any part of the sugar that has not yet melted, stir gently to dissolve the sugar.
- When the syrup is complete, put it in a sterilized container and refrigerate it and eat it as soon as possible.
