It's a New York hot dog with meatballs that I made while thinking about what to do. I stir-fried vegetables, stuffed them, and put meatballs on top. It's a New York hot dog that goes well with snacks, late night snacks, and beer snacks.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
- Material preparation

STEP 2/11
- Shred vegetables into 2mm thick slices
Cut the bell pepper to make the onion long.
STEP 3/11
- Stir-fry shredded vegetables, soy sauce, and sugar in a lightly oiled pan over high heat
Tip. When the moisture is gone, stir-fry it and spread it out on a tray or plate to cool it down.
STEP 4/11
- Grease the same pan and bake until meatballs are golden brown
STEP 5/11
Place meatballs on kitchen towel to drain oil.
STEP 6/11
I used two kinds of bread. In the case of hot dog bread, there is a cut on the side, but if not, leave 1cm above and below and make a cut on the top.

- spread mayonnaise thinly between breads

- Squeeze two rows of pork cutlet sauce with stir-fried vegetables
STEP 9/11
- Put the meatballs on top and put them next to pickles

- Squeeze the mayonnaise prettily
Tip. Put it in a sanitary bag, cut it a little with edge scissors, and squeeze it to make it look pretty. I'm also cut a little wide ;;:
