STEP 1/10
Blanch pork ribs in boiling water over high heat for 5 minutes,

Wash several times in cold water and strain through a sieve.

Put radish, pork ribs, soybean paste, and rice wine in the newly boiling water (1.7L) and boil it over high heat for 25 minutes.

Sift it out after 25 minutes to complete the broth. (Radish & pork ribs are used for cooking, so don't throw them away~)

Slice zucchini, green onions, and carrots (about 5cm long), cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, cut Cheongyang red pepper & red pepper diagonally, and cut tofu, boiled radish, and cabbage leaves into bite-size pieces.

Add the ingredients for the sauce sauce and mix them to complete the sauce sauce.

Place pork ribs, clams, bean sprouts, zucchini, cabbage leaves, carrots, green onions, enoki mushrooms, tofu, radish, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper in a pot.

Add minced garlic and salted shrimp to the broth you made earlier, cover it, and boil it over high heat for about 2 minutes.

Pour the broth into the pot with the ingredients.
