Living in a hot area, my husband, who can't eat without soup, sometimes hates it, but he can't just eat cold soup, so he prefers a super-simple recipe that can be made quickly and doesn't droop nutritionally. ^^ I don't recommend it for those who prefer stimulating food.

Ingredients
  • enoki mushroom
    150g
  • Scallions
    5-6ea
  • Eggs

  • crushed garlic

  • Water
    4cup
  • Tzuyu
    2T
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut off the bottom of the enoki mushroom, wash it, cut it short, and cut the green onion into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/8
Add the prepared enoki mushrooms and green onions, beat the eggs and mix them in advance. I broke an egg on top of a green enoki mushroom, removed the string, and mixed it.
STEP 3/8
You have to mix it like this so that enoki mushrooms don't play separately in the egg soup.
STEP 4/8
Put 2T of tsuyu in 4 cups of plain water and heat it up,
When it starts to boil, add 1T of ground garlic
STEP 5/8
Pour the mixture of enoki mushrooms, green onions, and eggs that were mixed right away.
STEP 6/8
Leave it untouched and stir slightly when it starts to boil.
STEP 7/8
Lastly, let's season it with 1T of soy sauce.
