I used a bullet squid caught in Pohang. You can use rapid freezing or biological products.

For the noodles, we prepared linguine and fusilli noodles. You can use the most common spaghetti noodles at home.

You can boil it according to the time on the back of the bag, but you have to rinse it in cold water, so cook it with the thought of "boil it well," not aldante.

If you blanch the bullet squid, the intestines will flow out, so steam it or return it to the air fryer.

If you go to the mart, there is a mixture of salad and baby vegetables, so please buy one and wash it clean and prepare it.

Cut the avocado in half and slice it as thin as possible into diagonal shapes. Also cut cucumber into the same shape as avocado.

Place cheese and vegetables in a bowl while noodles and squid are cooked. You can make corn, cucumbers, and avocados pretty by putting them on one side and plating them. (Place vegetables on the edge of the bowl because the middle needs to be topped with noodles.)

Rinse the noodles well in cold water, wash all the starch, drain and prepare.

Place the noodles in the middle of the bowl.

Place the ripe bullet squid in the middle.

I prepared oriental dressing that can be easily purchased even at a small supermarket. I added only a small amount of dressing to avoid the taste of squid intestines.

The bullet squid is very tender, so you can stir it well with a fork and mix the dressing + squid guts with noodles and vegetables before eating.
It is squid pasta for beginners that can be made without cooking on fire for a long time in hot summer. This dish uses squid guts unlike regular salad pasta. Unlike regular squid, bullet squid can eat the intestines deliciously, so prepare a little dressing. The larger the bullet squid, the more bitter it tastes in the intestines, so the smaller it is (less than 10cm) the better for this dish.
