STEP 1/11
[Preparing vegetables]
Chop 1/2 onion, 1/3 carrot and 1 green pepper.
Remove the bottom of shiitake mushrooms and slice them.
*Don't throw away the base of shiitake mushrooms, and it's good to use when making broth later :)
STEP 2/11
Please slice 5 garlics.
Chop the chives and prepare them.
STEP 3/11
[Removing beef blood and seasoning]
I prepared beef as bulgogi.
Before seasoning, place it on a kitchen towel for a while to remove the blood.
STEP 4/11
When the blood is removed to a certain extent, add 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and a little pepper and mix.
STEP 5/11
[Making the sauce]
Make a sauce with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoons of mirin, and 1 tablespoons of sesame oil.
STEP 6/11
[Start cooking]
Put cooking oil on a pan that is preheated over medium heat and stir-fry sliced garlic first.
When the garlic is golden brown and savory, add chopped onions.
Stir-fry onions over medium heat until they are translucent.
STEP 7/11
Add carrots and bell peppers and stir-fry lightly.
STEP 8/11
Add seasoned beef and stir-fry lightly
STEP 9/11
When the beef is 50-60% cooked, pour the pre-made sauce and stir-fry it over high heat.
Try it and if you think it's not enough, add salt. :)
STEP 10/11
If the seasoning is good, turn off the gas and mix well with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and sesame seeds.
STEP 11/11
Put the rice on the plate and the beef that you just stir-fried
Sprinkle a bit of chives and sesame seeds. Finish!
