Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
70g of sugar and 125g of butter
Please mix it first
I used brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. :)

Sift 125g of flour and 5g of baking powder into a bowl

I used lemon juice in the market

Add 30g of icing sugar and 5ml of lemon juice and mix

After taking out the baked cake,
When it cools, turn the cake over and make a hole with a fork
Then sprinkle lemon syrup on the cake
My husband's mother recommended orange juice
They say it's delicious even if it's syrup

Turn the syrupy cake over again and sprinkle the pre-made glaze and lemon zest on top of the cake and it's done :)
