Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Making cookies was easier than I thought
1. Dissolve honey, water, brown sugar, caramel, ground ginger, and salt-free butter in a pot
2. Pour 1 into a bowl containing sifted rye, gravity flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
3. Mix well with wooden spatula and rest in refrigerator for 24 hours.
4. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, sprinkle extra flour, and then use a rolling pin to push it with 5-7mm thick sesame seeds to dip it in a cookie cutter.
Tip. The dough is very hard, so you have to keep putting on the powder and shape the cookie.
STEP 2/4
Bake in a 170 degree preheated oven for 8 minutes, cool it down, coat it with royal icing, and decorate it!
STEP 3/4
Other decorative sprinkles chocolate pen, natural coloring (mixed with royal icing to create color)
Let's try various decorations with the back~*
STEP 4/4
If you work with your child, it will be a fun memory, and you can complete it and hang it on the Christmas tree!
