Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add all ingredients except butter and kaya jam and knead. When the dough is lumped together, add room temperature butter, and knead until fingerprints are visible when stretching the dough gently. The amount of water can vary depending on the environment, so you can adjust the amount. The finished dough is well rounded and first ferment in a warm place. If you inflate 2 to 3 times, the first fermentation is complete.
STEP 2/4
When the first fermentation is completed, the gas is removed and rounded well for intermediate fermentation. I did it for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature.

Roll out the dough well with a rolling pin, and spread a lot of kaya jam on top of it. And from the top, gently, but tightly roll well. Pinch the seam well and seal the dough well.

Panning on a round pleated floor frame, and perform secondary fermentation until 70 to 80% full on the mold. I was waiting for the oven to preheat, but it got over-fermented When the second fermentation is complete, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
