STEP 1/10
Soak dried oyster mushrooms in rice floating water.
You can just prepare oyster mushrooms, or you can skip them.
(It can also be boiled in cold water for about 10 minutes.)
STEP 2/10
Sprinkle eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl and beat them.
STEP 3/10
It's a medium hot water, so put the bowl in a pot and pour the water about 1/2 the surface of the bowl.
(I put a finger in the bowl and poured it, and the water started to boil and the water came up
I was surprised to scoop it out in the middle;;; And do it in a big pot I was panicking when I took it out because it was hot;;)
STEP 4/10
Pour water into a pot, add a bowl, season with eggs, salt, and pepper, and beat the eggs,
Pour the rice water or broth and boil it over high heat.
(You can season it with salted shrimp or salted pollack roe.)
Put half of the water in a double boiler and boil it over high heat.
(If you add too much water, the water boils and comes into a bowl of eggs ;;)
STEP 5/10
When the egg mixture becomes soft, place over low heat and close the lid.
(How much water is in the pot before closing the lid? Check and pour more if it's too little.
STEP 6/10
When the egg mixture becomes soft, place over low heat and close the lid.
(How much water is in the pot before closing the lid? Check and pour more if it's too little.
There was not much difference between the two plates, so I checked in the middle and poured more water.. It will be fine in a large pot.)
STEP 7/10
If the lid of the pot steams and it steams like rice in a rice cooker
STEP 8/10
Turn off the heat and leave it for about 5 minutes.
(My friend said he'd arrive in five minutes, so.. I hurriedly opened the lid and left the door open, and it was curly
The steamed egg that came up died down again;;)
STEP 9/10
Put the green onion, sesame salt, and sesame oil on top and eat it right away
(I can't take out the plate because it's hot..
Stir with a spoon and transfer to another bowl ;;)
If you're lazy, you can just eat it like this.
STEP 10/10
I wanted to make steamed eggs with water, so it's somewhere between steamed eggs and egg soup
The egg stew is done!
It's a golden recipe for steamed eggs without failure with a soft meal!
My friend said it was delicious and ate it so well, so I made another one right before I ate and until the end of the meal
I ate two bowls!
