Steamed vegetables with sausage
Steamed sausage and vegetables made with Mokwoochon Frank sausage. It's a side dish recipe that even children who don't like vegetables can enjoy.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Leave about 1cm at each end of the frank sausage, make a long cut in the middle, and blanch it slightly in boiling water.
STEP 2/4
Wash cabbage, carrots, and onions, slice them finely, salt them gently, rinse them in cold water, drain them completely, and sprinkle with pepper.
STEP 3/4
Cut the green peppers in half, remove the seeds, then sift them finely into 1cm lengths, and cut the pork cutlet sauce once in a while to prepare them warm.
STEP 4/4
Fill the blanched sausage sheath with the prepared vegetables. Then, put it in a steaming steamer and steam it for about 7 minutes, take it out, put green chili paste on it, and add pork cutlet sauce!
Since the sausage is not roasted in oil, you can feel the unique flavor of the ham by boiling it. It's nutritious with vegetables!!
