Cooking Steps

Slice the onion and soak it in cold water. To make it less spicy.

Pork belly is rich in oil, so blanch it slightly in boiling water and mix it with the pre-made sauce for about 20 minutes so that the seasoning is evenly cut.

Grease a preheated frying pan with olive oil and cook evenly over medium heat.

Drain all the onions, place them on a plate, and cut the well-cooked pork belly on top.

Grease the sliced garlic with olive oil, grill it slightly in a pan, and add toppings together. Wash the young leaves clean, remove them, and add sesame salt and parsley powder to finish.
You can just eat it, and it's so delicious even if you wrap it in lettuce, perilla leaves, etc.
