Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
For pork, prepare pork neck for steaks that are 1 to 1.5cm thick. Press with a kitchen towel to wipe the blood and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/5
Slice the garlic flat.
STEP 3/5
Put oil in a heated pan and add garlic to cook until the oil smells golden, and take out only garlic separately.
STEP 4/5
Heat the garlic-flavored pan hotter and grill with seasoned beef.
When the surface is golden brown, turn it upside down and bake it not to burn, cover it and cook it thoroughly to remove it.
Boil the sauce ingredients in the pan and make the sauce :)
STEP 5/5
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces on a plate and pour the sauce over it. If you add grilled garlic, onions, and vegetables, it's done
