Making broth
- Stir-fry depori, shrimp, and anchovies in a pot to remove fishy smell

1. If you prepare bulgogi instead of sweet and sour pork, it becomes beef bulgogi mushroom hot pot.
2. You can make shiitake mushrooms simpler if you chop them and make them only with a meatball.
3. I used a deep pot, but when I use a hot pot, I just need to rotate the ingredients (in a circle) and put them neatly.
