STEP 1/3
Cut the chives into 4cm long pieces, and chop the onions and carrots into small pieces.

Put chives on a sieve and pour 2 cups of hot water.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a large bowl, then mix all the ingredients, and you're done with the blanched onion and chives^^

Tips. If you blanch vegetables a little, the unique strong scent disappears and the surface becomes soft, so you can cut the seasoning well.
You can also eat more than raw!
