STEP 1/13
It would have been better to boil quail eggs.. LOL
I just bought peeled quail eggs at the mart because I was lazy.
It was about 4,000 won for 500g.
STEP 2/13
Wash quail eggs several times in cold water and prepare them.
STEP 3/13
I used the anchovy broth that I made beforehand.
If you don't have anchovy broth, please make kelp water.
Put 2-3 sheets of kelp in cold water and use it after 30 minutes!
STEP 4/13
Put 300ml of anchovy broth into quail eggs
STEP 5/13
Add 6 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, and 2 spoons of mirin and bring to a boil.
STEP 6/13
Bring to a boil, stirring, until reduced.
STEP 7/13
Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the floor!
STEP 8/13
When the broth has boiled down to a certain extent, add an extra spoon of oligosaccharide
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
If it's for adults, put in the pepper here. It's so delicious!!
I'm going to eat it with the kid, so I skipped the pepper ~
The chili pepper at home was a bit spicycrying
STEP 9/13
After adding oligosaccharide
So that the sauce goes into the quail eggs
Reduce heat to low and continue to boil.
Boil the broth until there is a finger left and turn off the heat ;)
STEP 10/13
Very simple quail egg jangjorim is complete!!
It's not too salty, so it's perfect for kids to eat
It was perfect as a side dish for adults ;)
STEP 11/13
Cool the jangjorim well and put it in the refrigerator
If you make side dishes, it's really reliable for a few days
STEP 12/13
The next day, the quail egg on the dinner table!
He said it was delicious and he ate it really well.
It's also delicious if you mix rice with soy sauce ;)
STEP 13/13
It's fun to dip it in one at a time
Rice thief! Quail egg jangjorim!!
You must be worried about side dishes because it's vacation
