My husband likes bibim-guksuI found bibim-guksu well throughout the four seasons and mixed it with buckwheat noodles and ate it with spam, so I sometimes mix it like this and solve it with a simple meal.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil buckwheat noodles for about 10 minutes and hang in water.

When boiling buckwheat noodles, boil eggs for 12 minutes

While boiling buckwheat noodles and eggs, add seasoned red pepper paste, red pepper powder, oligosaccharide, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame salt and mix well

Cut the spam into bite-size pieces, shred the cucumbers, and chop the kimchi.

Put the boiled noodles in a bowl first, add shredded cucumbers and kimchi, then mix them with the sauce.
