We added cool green onions to the beef broth to make refreshing beef soup. A cool bowl for dinner!!!! I put it in turmeric rice and ate it deliciously Hehehe.]. It's more fun to put in glass noodles and eat them

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add seasoning ingredients (2T of soy sauce, 2T of minced garlic, 2T of sesame oil, 2T of refined rice wine) to bite-sized beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
STEP 2/5
Cut the green onion in half lengthwise, cut it into 10cm lengthwise, put a little salt in boiling water, blanch it slightly, and rinse it in cold water once.

Stir-fry beef slightly in a saucepan, pour water, and bring to a boil until the broth is sufficient.
STEP 4/5
Add green onions and boil until soft, then add soaked glass noodles, add 1T of soy sauce, pepper, and adjust the seasoning with salt.
