Add seasoning ingredients (2T of soy sauce, 2T of minced garlic, 2T of sesame oil, 2T of refined rice wine) to bite-sized beef and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut the green onion in half lengthwise, cut it into 10cm lengthwise, put a little salt in boiling water, blanch it slightly, and rinse it in cold water once.

Stir-fry beef slightly in a saucepan, pour water, and bring to a boil until the broth is sufficient.
