Iga's simple tteokbokki
I'm a tteokbokki maniac, so I buy tteokbokki at a store or make it myself, so I eat it a lot. It was so nice to have Igane's top three king tteokbokki as a bag tteokbokki. Igane Tteokbokki is a specialty of the Busan Can Market and is also one of the top three best restaurants in Busan. Iga's Tteokbokki is always crowded, so it's crowded enough to wait even if you eat standing up.

  • stir-fried Rice Cake
    1pack
  • Cabbage
    1/2piece
  • Carrot
    little
  • Water

  • egg

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil the eggs, pour enough water to cover them, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and boil them for 15 minutes. Salt and vinegar prevent eggs from breaking. If you soak it in cold water to take out the heat, pay the balance, and peel it, you will get a smooth boiled egg
STEP 2/5
Prepare 1 cup of water with a paper cup.
STEP 3/5
Rinse the tteokbokki in cold water.
STEP 4/5
Add tteokbokki rice cake, 1 cup of water, a little cabbage, a little carrot, and a boiled egg, and add the sauce and boil for 5 minutes. I'm going to add green onions at the end
STEP 5/5
It's very delicious and well made.
