Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the top of the belly, then dig out the insides. Cut off the seeds and slice the pulp into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Fill the pear with sliced pulp and strawberries, then add omija syrup and water.
STEP 3/6
Now, when the steam rises, put the pear on the steamer.
STEP 4/6
Cover and steam over medium low heat for 1 to 2 hours.
STEP 5/6
If you put pine nuts on top of steamed bae-sook, that's done!! (You can fill your stomach with the overflowing soup in the bowl, or you can slurp it.)
STEP 6/6
It's a personal tip. Slurp like soup if you want to eat it. It's okay to grind it in a blender.
T = based on 15cc. Instead of a steamer, you can put 600cc of water in an electric rice cooker and press the multi-grain cooking button to make it. If you do this, it takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes. (=Steamer about 2 hours?)
