Grilled clams are one of the most popular foods in winter, right? The scallops were left in my freezer, so I made it spicy in Korean style with spicy gochujang sauce. And, of course, lots of cheese. It's also good for drinking alone or as a side dish.^^

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • mozzarella cheese

Cooking Steps

Material preparation
/ Prepare Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper by cutting them sideways
STEP 2/9
/ Cleaning scallops under running water
/ The way to prepare it is to scratch the scallop on the side with the temple and peel off one skin

/ Place scallops flat in oven pan using peeled skin to prevent them from collapsing

/ Mix red pepper paste with sweet chili sauce

/ Place sauce on top of scallops

/ Put mozzarella cheese on top

/ Add sliced red pepper and cheongyang pepper

/ Bake in a 200 degree preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes

Grilled scallop cheese is done!
1. If you don't like seafood's unique scent of the sea, please remove the intestines. 2. It's okay to mix the sauce and add sugar to your taste to add sweetness. 3. It's good as a side dish because it's a red pepper paste sauce. 4. It's good to microwave cheese instead of oven.
