STEP 1/12
First, I will make the sauce to stir-fry with omurice rice!
Ingredients are 1 medium carrot, 1/2 medium onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 30g butter, 200ml ketchup, 150g minced beef, 2/3 cup Worcester sauce (based on paper cup), and a little pepper.
Chop the carrots and onions :)
STEP 2/12
Melt 30g of butter in a preheated pan over medium heat, then stir-fry well with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
STEP 3/12
When the savory smell of garlic comes up, add 150g of minced beef and pepper and stir-fry well.
STEP 4/12
When the beef is cooked, add 2/3 cups of Worcester sauce and 200 ml of ketchup and stir-fry well.
**
If you don't have Worcester sauce, add 7 tablespoons of soy sauce + 3 tablespoons of vinegar.
(If you think the sour taste is too strong at this time, add 1/2-1 large sugar to this. This will reduce the sourness a little.)
**
STEP 5/12
Add chopped onions and carrots and stir-fry again.
STEP 6/12
Then, the sauce is complete!
Now that the sauce is ready, shall we officially make omurice? ^^
STEP 7/12
You need 1 bowl of rice, 2-3 large spoons of sauce, pork cutlet sauce, and 3 eggs for omurice.
STEP 8/12
In a preheated pan over medium heat, stir-fry rice with omelet rice with 2-3 large spoons of sauce.
Please taste the sauce and match it. :)
STEP 9/12
Put the rice on the plate.
Let's go make soft-boiled eggs now!
STEP 10/12
Pour a moderate amount of cooking oil in a preheated pan over high heat, pour egg water, and stir carefully with chopsticks in the middle as if scrambled.
Then, leave it there for a while, turn off the gas stove when the egg water is about 2/3 cooked, carefully put it on top of the fried rice, and sprinkle a moderate amount of pork cutlet sauce to enjoy it!
STEP 11/12
I wanted to make it prettier, but I pressed the pork cutlet sauce so hard that it was sprayed in a mess;;;
But the taste is really the best!!! You're the best!!!!! +_+
It was so delicious that it could be called the ultimate omelet rice king!!!
Especially, the half-cooked fried chicken(?) is the best move!!!!
STEP 12/12
Neighbors, make sure to make it and try it!!!
You won't regret it.
