STEP 1/14
First, boil Chapagetti.
I have to stir-fry the noodles again later, so it's undercooked! You just have to boil it a little bit.
STEP 2/14
If it's boiled this much, take out the noodles and drain the water!
STEP 3/14
Rinse the noodles in cold water once and drain them through a sieve ;)
STEP 4/14
Beef brisket produces a lot of oil when you grill it
Bake slightly in advance and drain.
STEP 5/14
If you have olive oil at home, use it
If you don't have it, you can use the olive oil enclosed in Chapagetti!!
(Lee Sangmin's tip!)
STEP 6/14
If there's green onion, it's good to make green onion oil first
We don't have green onions in the fridge, so we decided to make it with vegetables crying
Put oil on a heated pan
Stir-fry onion and cabbage first.
STEP 7/14
Add the pre-baked beef brisket and stir-fry it again.
Add 1 tsp ground ginger when stir-frying!
Liver ginger is a must.
There's a huge difference in the taste between putting and not putting.
STEP 8/14
When the meat and vegetables are all stir-fried, add the noodles
Add the Chapagetti soup, please.
STEP 9/14
Add half a cup of water and stir-fry it together
Noodles and ingredients have a good soup taste!
STEP 10/14
Cut and mix Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper, and it's done!
STEP 11/14
Since it's for two people, two half-boiled eggs!
It's sad if you don't have eggs in jajangmyeon ;)
STEP 12/14
Put half-cooked fried beef on Chapagetti and sprinkle chili powder
Luxurious jajangmyeon is done!
STEP 13/14
You just have to pop the yolk and mix it and eat it!!
STEP 14/14
My husband tried it
Is this Chapagetti????????
I did [Laughing]
It doesn't taste like Chapagetti at all and it's a luxurious taste
Half-cooked fried chicken, beef brisket, onion and cabbage
The more I eat it, the more I crave it.
It was a perfect combination of red pepper powder.
I recommend it!!
