Ricotta Cheese Spinach Tower
It's a spinach dish that I made while looking at a Mediterranean recipe. It's a dish made with ingredients from our refrigerator, excluding high-quality ingredients. It made me feel really good to be able to make such wonderful food with spinach that can be purchased cheaply at the mart. :)

Cooking Steps

Prepare the ingredients.

Add a slice of cheese to the remaining milk sauce and bring to a boil until melted.

You don't need a round frame to stack the materials like a tower, but you cut a paper cup and use it.

Put half of the spinach on top of the spinach

On top of that, stack ricotta cheese. Repeat one more time.

Lastly, sprinkle cheese powder, perm, or cheese powder on the top.

Carefully remove the paper cup so that it doesn't get messy.

Sprinkle the milk cheese sauce that you boiled earlier on the bottom of the plate.

If you have rosemary or herbs, decorate them and decorate the sauce with raspberries or grapes^^ It's a dish that goes well with the flavor of ricotta cheese and spinach.
You can make a sauce with whipped cream and goda cheese instead of milk sauce. It's a waste when you eat, but mix all the ingredients together.
