Hello, I'm a bully mom. I'm a little sister, Mami. I thought about uploading it because it's a ripened kimchi recipe, but for recording the recipe of a rogue mother lol. When fresh kimchi is made and eaten, the seasoning is the same, so I'll upload it for storage. I grew peppers, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sweet potatoes well in the garden of the bad mother's glass daycare center, and planted cabbage seedlings. I finally harvested the cabbages in early November and made fresh kimchi. I raised it myself, but I couldn't grow it rich because I didn't pay much attention.It would have been nice if the garden had more soil There are a lot of stones, so 5 out of 10 seedlings were pretty fast. Half of the cabbage is made, and the other half is transformed into fresh kimchi! It is more chewy than regular cabbage, but the more you chew it, the more savory it is.
