Whirlwind Gimbap (I simply fried egg garnish)
I simply chopped ham and vegetables and fried egg garnish and put it in. It is Whirlwind Gimbap and Egg Jidan Gimbap, which children can eat as it is and adults can taste differently if they dip it in wasabi soy sauce.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Preparation of materials
When I made it, there were a lot of vegetables, so I didn't have enough eggs. Please prepare 4 eggs according to the recipe.
STEP 2/9
- Chop the prepared vegetables into small pieces
- Mix chopped vegetables with half a teaspoon of egg and salt
STEP 3/9
- frying 4 slices of egg in an oiled pan
STEP 4/9
Tip. It's hard to flip because there are so many vegetables. Put the lid on the lowest heat and cook the top side like steam

If you flip it over, you can make it without tearing it apart.

- Cut egg garnish into four corners square
- Season rice to suit your taste
STEP 7/9
Turn the laver direction to the narrow side as usual!
- a thin layer of rice on dried seaweed
STEP 8/9
- Put a piece of eggplant on top and roll it
Tip. If you curl it, the egg won't get pushed away and it'll come loose. Cut more egg garnish or spread the rice on the laver.
STEP 9/9
If you cut it nicely, it's done with whirlwind gimbap and egg garnish gimbap!!
1. If you stick the egg garnish well and roll it so it doesn't unravel, it's a success.
