Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Prepare pork ribs by washing them so that there are no bone fragments.

And put a little whole garlic and green onion in the boiling water, then put the washed pork ribs and blanch them. Mr. Baek just blanched it in plain water, but I put in a little garlic and green onions.

When it boils up, add pork ribs and blanch them until there is no red blood from the bones.

If the blood is completely removed, take out the pork ribs.

Mash the whole garlic with the back of the knife and put it in the pan. Add whole pepper and bake it without oil. Then naturally, the essence will come out of the garlic and the garlic scent will be filled.

If the garlic is golden brown, add the pork ribs and pour the water. Just put in enough pork ribs to cover about 2/3 of it.

I'm going to do the first part here. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt, and boil it as it cooks.

In the meantime, make the sauce. Cut the green and red peppers and put oyster sauce in here.

Add sugar, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and fish sauce and mix well. If you add sesame seeds, it will add savory taste. Add vinegar, please. That way, it tastes sour and stimulates your appetite.

The sauce is used for dipping the ribs of pork rib soup. It was delicious enough to just put it in pork rib soup.

When it's boiled down to a certain extent, add more water and boil it more. The time to boil it depends on the amount of pork ribs, but I think 500G boiled it for an additional 30 to 40 minutes. You can season it with salt.
