10 fried dumplings, 3 rows of fine green onions (one fist), 3 rows of chives (one fist), 1 bag of bean sprouts (250g), oyster sauce 1,1/2~2T, a little katsuobushi, an appropriate amount of cooking oil *I used pre-baked dumplings! *Dumplings have basic seasoning, so make sure to season them well~

Put the chives, bean sprouts, and oyster sauce that are cut from high heat to the length of your thumb and stir-fry it quickly Add the fried dumplings and stir-fry until the bean sprouts are almost out of breath. (If you don't want to stir-fry them together or want to eat a very crispy dumpling, you can put the stir-fried bean sprouts on the fried dumplings separately~) *The bean sprouts are cooked due to the residual heat of the pan, so please move them to the plate
