Cooking Steps

[Ingredients] 1 bag of sea snail stir-fry seasoning, 100g cooked conch meat, 100g cooked blood clam meat, 1/2 onion, 5 whole garlic, 1 tablespoon grape seed oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil
STEP 2/5
Cut the conch in half, wash the clams, and drain. Shred onions into thick slices and slice whole garlic thinly.
