Please prepare the ingredients!

Cut all the ingredients into small pieces. It's good to cut just one mushroom on the side.

Place 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp oil in a medium heat pan and wait until butter melts.

Stir-fry the onions first

When onions are translucent, add minced beef and mushrooms and stir-fry with two pinch of salt and pepper.

Stir-fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then add vegetables and stir-fry.

Bring down to low heat and pour 100ml of milk into the pan.

When the milk boils, add cold rice
STEP 9/10
When it boils up again, add 1 tsp of Parmesan cheese powder and mix, then add salt (about 2 pinch) to the insufficient seasoning.

Lastly, mix it well and finish it off.
If you like greasy cream sauce, you can add whipped cream. For those of you who like savory and light cream sauce like me, it's good to cook it with a combination of milk and parmesan cheese! It's better to reduce the amount of cold rice than the amount of rice you eat ^^
