Mexican licorice, guacamole and chicharon (pig skin)
Nutrient-rich avocados are gaining popularity in Korea recently. In Mexico, where avocados are native, guacamole is eaten as a sauce. Guacamole is a Mexican licorice that is dipped in tacos, salads, and pork rinds called chicharon. I'll make a unique Mexican food.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Since avocado has seeds in the middle, cut it in half with a knife around the seed and twist it like opening the lid.
STEP 2/13
If you poke the seed in the middle with a knife and twist it to the side, it will be removed neatly.
STEP 3/13
Put the spoon between the shells and roll it in a circle to scoop it out.
STEP 4/13
Mash 2 avocados in a bowl.
STEP 5/13
You can peel tomatoes easily if you blanch them slightly in boiling water with salt.
STEP 6/13
Remove tomato seeds because they are watery. Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
STEP 7/13
Put tomatoes and onions in a bowl of avocado and add 2 spoons of olive oil, 1.5 spoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a little pepper.
STEP 8/13
If you mix it well, guacamole is complete!!
STEP 9/13
Cut a piece of pork skin into bite-size pieces and fry in an oiled pan.
STEP 10/13
Fried pork skin and chicharon are done! It's crispy.
STEP 11/13
You can eat it with bread or baguette like a sandwich or with chicharon.
STEP 12/13
Fried pork skin, chicharone. Mexicans dip fried pork skin in guacamole. He actually enjoys Chicharon more than Nacho. (It comes out as a product like a snack.)
STEP 13/13
Soft guacamole and crispy pork skin together make it taste different.
You can eat guacamole for about 2 days if you refrigerate it. Avocado is a high-calorie food, so if you eat a lot, it can interfere with your diet, so if you want to lose weight, it's better to eat moderately!
