When you look at bok choy, divide the small into 1/2 pieces and the large into 1/3 pieces.

And separate the head and the pillar of the shiitake mushroom, and cut it into too large keys.

Add bok choy and shiitake mushrooms separately to boiling water (+ 1/3T of salt). And bok choy is 1 minute and 30 seconds/

Blanch shiitake mushrooms over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

Put the blanched ingredients in cold water

Rinse it 2-3 times and drain it,

Squeeze it out with your hands.

In a preheated frying pan, stir-fry 2/3T of cooking oil, 1/2T of minced garlic, and half of white green onion over medium heat until garlic is cooked.

If the garlic scent is strong, add bok choy, salt, and chicken stock and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add 1.5T of starch water and mix it once, and the bok choy is done.

After that, I'm going to use the frying pan in front of me. Add cooking oil, minced garlic, and white green onion and stir-fry as above. Add shiitake mushrooms, oyster sauce, and 4T of chicken broth and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Add starch water and mix to finish shiitake mushrooms.
