STEP 1/5
Today's star is sweet potato.
First, wash the sweet potatoes in clean water, and then peel them with a potato knife.
STEP 2/5
Slice the peeled sweet potatoes, not too thin and not too thick. Immediately soak it in water as you cut it and remove the starch from the sweet potato. Please set a time limit of 15 minutes.
STEP 3/5
Use a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture from the sweet potatoes without starch.
STEP 4/5
Fry the drained sweet potatoes when the oil temperature has risen to a certain extent. If you fry and scoop it out more than two times, the crispy (!) sweet potato chips are completed.
STEP 5/5
I like soft sweet potatoes more than crispy ones, so when you fry it once, it's a bit long, so it's complete!!!!!!!
* If the thickness of the sweet potato is too thick, the thickness is very important because it has to be fried in oil for a long time.
* You have to remove the water completely so that the oil doesn't splash when you fry sweet potatoes.
