Very simple Italian garlic bread
There's an Italian restaurant called Bertucci's, which is known only locally in Boston, and I kept thinking about the bread that I gave as an appetizer and the fragrant garlic olive oil that I dipped in it. So I researched it and made it with my own recipe, and the whole family went crazy and ate it. I'm sorry to say that it's a simple recipe that you make in five minutes

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Place garlic oil ingredients in a flat dish one at a time. If you're not a herbalist, just add parsley without Italian seasoning. Italian seasoning has a variety of herbs, including parsley-containing thyme, sage, rosemary, oregano, and basil.
STEP 2/5
Mix the ingredients well (especially so that the salt does not clump)
STEP 3/5
Cover with another large plate or microwave lid, turn in the microwave for 30 seconds, and repeat 10 seconds rest three times. You can feel the pungent taste of garlic, but if you don't like it, please do it one more time.
STEP 4/5
Meanwhile, cut the bread into bite-size pieces. If you try any kind of bread you like, it looks good on you. I chose multi-grain bread at Cosco. If you've bought bread for a day or two, microwave the bread for 15-20 seconds per 4-5 pieces, and you can eat it moist and not hard.
STEP 5/5
When the oil is complete, dip it in the sauce or scoop it with a spoon. That's awesome!
It's great to invite guests to eat steak (@6863742) or pasta with salad (@6865369, @6874760).
