There are times when I crave the sweet and sour taste. It's easy to get, and it's the most delicious radish in autumn, so you can make radish pickles that are not irritating and cool to your heart's content to make it's sweet and sour!

  • Carrot
    40g
  • Salt
    1/3ts
  • Vinegar
    2TS
  • Sugar
    2/3TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice radishes and carrots thinly.
STEP 2/4
Add salt to shredded radishes and carrots and marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
STEP 3/4
Mix sugar and vinegar well.
STEP 4/4
Squeeze the water from the radish and carrot into a bowl and mix well with the mixed 3.
It's a pickle that you can eat deliciously even if you put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator for a few days. I think it's better to eat it after taking some time to make it taste good than to eat it right away. I think it would go well with summer because it's refreshing, but I can still eat it coolly and deliciously these days. And I made gimbap with pickled vegetables. I made it with just eggs, but it became a simple and clean taste of gimbap.
