Rather than just adding soy sauce, it's a savory and spicy soy sauce pasta made by adding a little kimchi, stir-frying it in olive oil, and then seasoning it with salt.

Ingredients
  • bean paste soup
    2cup
  • Kimchi
    1cup
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • olive oil
    2suitably
  • parsley
    2TS
  • Salt
    little
  • Pasta
    2serving
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put sliced or minced garlic in a pan and fry it with olive oil.
STEP 2/7
Stir-fry it and then add kimchi and stir-fry it together.
STEP 3/7
I seasoned it with salt first. I didn't season it with pepper because it's bean paste.
STEP 4/7
I was thinking about adding basil powder because I needed spices, but I had crushed parsley, so I added parsley.
STEP 5/7
And add the bean paste!!! Bring to a boil, mixing well. If you want a more exotic flavor here, add cheese and you'll get a softer, cheese-flavored soy sauce pasta.
STEP 6/7
Add pasta and stir-fry while mixing well. I didn't put in the noodles. It's because there's a lot of moisture coming out of the bean paste.
STEP 7/7
Kimchi was added along with the coleslaw that I made, and the savory bean paste pasta was completed.
