A plate of cockle pasta that's chewy and delicious
I think it's been half a year since I made cockle pasta...LOL It's a noodle dish called cockle pasta made by finding ingredients without class ingredients because Ddalam wanted it. I was just going to make tomato pasta, but there was a can of cockle, so I added it together and made it chewy. The sauce was a bit matte, but it's been a while since I had it, so they enjoyed it.

Ingredients
  • If it's spaghetti

  • Rose sauce

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Garlic

  • Braised cockle can

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
You can boil raw cockles and use them, or you can open a can like me, put it in a sieve, and drain it.
STEP 2/6
I like garlic, so I cut it on my side, sliced onions, and sliced cheongyang peppers. You can skip Cheongyang.
STEP 3/6
Add plenty of water and when it boils, spread out the noodles in a fan shape and boil them. Boil olive oil and a pinch of salt for about 7 minutes and sift them out. Don't throw away all the noodles and leave some.
STEP 4/6
Add garlic, oil, and stir-fry. Add onions and stir-fry. When onions are clear, stir-fry drained cockles and cheongyang peppers.
STEP 5/6
Add cockles and stir-fry, then add noodles and stir-fry.
STEP 6/6
Pour in 1 bottle of cream tomato sauce. Add about half a cup of noodles and stir-fry them together. You can add raw tomatoes or diced tomatoes.
