STEP 1/10
I only used 1/2 cans of spam
Cut it into bite-size pieces
STEP 2/10
Chop the onions and get ready
STEP 3/10
Beat in 2 eggs and prepare them
STEP 4/10
Spam has such a salty taste that you don't eat it often
Since there's soy sauce in Donburi, to reduce the salty taste
I put ham in boiling water and blanched it slightly so that it doesn't get too saltyyo
If you remove the saltiness like this, it's much more savory and delicious
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry sliced onions in a pan covered with cooking oil
I used a big onion and it was quite a lot
I think one small onion would be enough ^^
STEP 6/10
I'm going to stir-fry a bit and then add the soy sauce
You can make the sauce before you put it in
It doesn't matter if you put it in separately like me
Add 15 tablespoons of water, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2.5 tablespoons of sugar
And boil it on low heat
Boil the onion until it's slightly mushy
STEP 7/10
While the onions are boiling, take out the boiled spam and drain it
Bake in an ungreased pan until golden brown
STEP 8/10
And when the onion starts to mushy
Add the grilled spam and boil it a little more
STEP 9/10
Next, add the eggs that you've already put in
You don't wait until the eggs are fully cooked
Turn off the heat when it's half-cooked
STEP 10/10
And if you put the donburi sauce on top of the rice
Spam donburi rice is done ^^
Spam donburi sauce is enough for two children to eat
It's one and a half bowls of rice, so adults eat a full meal and there's still food left
It's not salty and it's moderately salty, so it was perfect for a delicious meal ~
