Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
It's easier to prepare the ingredients first. I like the Japanese home-style beef rice bowl gyudon because it's not complicated.

I can't get mandarins, so I replace them with shiitake mushrooms I can put in 2-3 pieces.

Seasoning A is prepared cooking wine 3, sugar 2, soy sauce 5-6, but I don't like to squeeze 5 tablespoons, so I controlled it.
