STEP 1/4
Bake makchang until golden without cooking oil!
Bake on high heat at first, then lower the heat by one notch when it's boiling. That way, you can bake it crispy without burning it. If it's baked crispy, the texture is better. ^^ After lowering the heat, add a spoonful of sugar with large particles to add sweetness. (I applied it to Mr. Baek)
STEP 2/4
When the entrails are crispy, leave a little oil and pour it in. Next, add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry the onions until they are half transparent. It can be adjusted to be spicy with cheongyang peppers, so if you want bulmakchang, add 2-3 pieces. (One is spicy, two is spicy, and three is completely spicy.)
STEP 3/4
Stir-fry the onion until it's completely transparent^^
STEP 4/4
I made this with the same recipe when I went camping^^
It's not hard because you just have to stir-fry it. If you grill it brown and crispy, it'll be a delicious marinated makchang stir-fry^^ However, if you want to make the makchang soft, add salt to the boiling water, boil it, and bake it^^
